I had quite possibly one of the most random days ever. I shouldn't even call this random anymore, rather the new norm in the life of a crazy little nerdy chick.

Sam was filming a skit for the Fiesta Movement, and I unfortunately had to get some work done. I putzed around Hollywood, and I just kept putzin' so much, I wound up down on Santa Monica Blvd. I spotted a McD's in the distance, and had a craving ...

for some WIFI!!! =)

Sat down at this booth in the corner ... and was sitting directly across from this guy who looked SO familiar!! Now, you have to understand in LA - 9 out of 10 times you think you know someone, they are most likely either famous or a reality TV personality. Yeah, totally not kidding ... It took me about 5 solid minutes of brain rattling, and then I remembered!! It was the duderino I saw perform on Friday at the Magic Castle!!

Meet Andrew Mayne ...

The dude is completely nuts ... and when I say nuts, I mean loco in la cabasa - not the world's largest pistachio type. I've seen a LOT of magicians in my 25 years - and man oh man ... this one is good. He performed mentalism while escaping from a straight jacket ... and he swallows things that your mama and chem teacher told you to NEVER EVER consume. The dude is off the wall bonkers!!! Of course, I think that is just AWESOME!!

I gotta give this guy a lot of credit - he's not only an uber cutie patootie, but he gets the whole social media revolution. We had a pretty gnarly discussion on our opinions of it, and he told me what he and his production company were up to, and it was INCREDIBLY impressive. Watch out for this one el duderinos! Charming, nerdy, and a mentalist ... warning ... keep me away ... HAHAHAAHA!!

Anywho ... I left McD's and my new gnarly friend ... and was walking down Sunset blvd and looky looky who I saw!!

We then got to talk nerdy ... and of course, I had my equipment with me and got to film it. =) W00t! W00t!!!

Listen to your gut folks!! I had ABSOLUTELY nothing planned today ... just needed to edit some videos, and knew putzin' about would make me pretty happy. I only notice these things because I make a conscious effort to shut that inner dialogue up, and get doing what I feel needs to get done! Abre los ojos (open your eyes), your life is waiting!!
