I just want to be successful. By my own definition. Not by what my family thinks, friends, scorned lovers ... I want to feel like I have contributed something to the world and if I were to die tomorrow I could feel like my time spent wasn't wasted. That to me is success.

I had a ton of fun in Vegas, made lots of money, spent a few nights with some old friends who moved from Palm Springs to Vegas, and then ended up staying with Jen Friel & Steph Belsky in an amazing, penthouse condo walking distance to the convention. Not only did it make life that much easier to walk to work, but oh it was sooo luxurious!

#Fact: I don't listen to the words that come out of a woman's mouth
Sure you may need to listen to her words if there is data being transferred but most of the time you speak to a woman, she is speaking from emotion–I think we can all agree on that–so I have been playing around with some ideas and seeing great results. I once read somewhere that, “A woman will tell you everything you need to do to sleep with her if she’s attracted to you, and all you have to do is listen”. I truly believe this, so you’d better hone your listening skills.

I spent about 5 minutes reminiscing about everything that had been and everything that was going to be. The last time I was here I was a naive girl that had just driven cross country for three days with a couple hundred dollars to her name, and an apartment found on craigslist. Since that time, I have not only discovered myself but successfully built a name for myself. I quickly realized this was a pronounced full circle moment.

Just because you have nothing else going on, does not mean that she doesn’t. Women have very active social lives. They are in high demand for events, parties, dates and friends. Look at the typical girl’s Facebook page. She has her own career, possibly school and her own social life that existed before she ever gave you her number. You think that just because you had an innocent flirty exchange and managed to get her number that she’s been thinking about you since? Guys let’s be realistic here. Girls give out their numbers a lot. Sometimes, they do it just to get you to leave them alone.

I continued, the problem though is the fact that we're the ones that also learned to troubleshoot. These next generation of kids have only had an iphone and working internet. We dealt with dial up, and Juno. It's a new playing field.

When you do this successfully you will wonder when you will have time to hang out with the girls you are interested in. You’ll come off as aloof and hard to get. Let’s work on becoming the man we truly want to be and women will be knocking down our door to get to us.
