Great, great, great day nerds. Like really great day ... like such a great day, I did my screen test today on 2 hours of sleep, and STILL could not nap this afternoon because I was so excited. See, this is me ... I am excited ----->
I knew the last few weeks were going to be nutso, but I just had no idea what the real definition of nutso was. The awesomeness just doesn't stop - to say I am floored would be the greatest understatement of the century.
When we're kids, we are told find what makes you happy in life. My problem was being a lifecaster wasn't something I could explore with my guidance counselor. I am really, really, really, really, really, really, good at what I do. Just so rad to see that so many people are interested in it, and are catching on. I see the analytics, and I can pull the reports on the trends - dude, I eat sleep and breathe in this social space - but yeah ... totally fucking rad.
Had a great time meeting Serj tonight. I was reminded of Almost Famous tho - I never felt more like a "writer" in my entire life. I felt a little weird, I'm not going to lie. I kinda just wanted to shoot the shit with the dude, and unfortunately at an event like tonight ... it just was not going to happen. It was press vs. artist. That's never my deal. But thx again to @platinumevent for the love - and it was so great meeting @seven16. He saw my checkin, and totally stopped by to hang out. UBERLY rad!!!!
Love, love, love, me some life. OHHH!! And I talked to my lawyer today, and just found out the paperwork we need for the film just got a LOT easier. That makes me happy ... having to chase nerds around saying, oh oh oh!! sign this ... is a bigger pain than a bullet in a donkey's ass. Not that I've ever seen that, but it just sounded kinda cool.
Good stuff nerds, I kinda need to be pinched - not gonna lie, shit got very real today. A lot of people are talking nerdy to their lovers, and I couldn't be prouder. Thx a heap, nerds!!! =) Off to bed.
