Wooahhhh ... I could not think of anything better to wake up to ...
This is me ...
First off, this is SO unbelievably amazing, but let's look at this from a very logical approach.
I have not stopped working on this site since November 3, 2009 when it was launched. Every. Single. Minute. of the day - I am either working on the business of TNTML, creating the content, taking meetings with new staff writers, or coming up with new gnarly shiznat to play with. I had to stop consulting, which of course resulted being temporarily sans dwelling, however - it also added THAT much more fuel to an already BURNING fire.
I sleep exactly 7 hours a night. I am a machine ... by coming off of caffeine, I actually fall asleep at a normal hour, and wake up without an alarm every morning.
That leaves exactly 17 hours a day, every day, devoted to TNTML. To date that translates to over 3,570 hours of straight nerd talk. We are 60,000 in the US and 250,000 (out of about 75 million) in the world. We are launching a webseries, a worldwide tour celebrating Unapologetic Awesomeness AND did I mention I have not spent a DIME on any "traditional" advertising?? You were brought here by passion, and some uber aggressive guerilla style marketing campaigns.
The gnarliest of all gnarly things is that I talk to almost every set of eye balls that hit this site every day. So, I in fact have prolly even SPOKEN to those 2 "random" dudes that Rishe met in Paris. The world is an incredibly small place. My theory is that the world is really only comprised of 3 people who perform continual quick changes when you aren't looking ...
I think this is such an INCREDIBLE time to be alive to watch all of these dots being connected in real time, and am phenomenally grateful for ALL the success that has come the TNTML way. I very, very, very sincerely thank each and every one of you for believing in this little venture into all things nerd.
There are no guarantees in life, however at this point - I have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO LOSE ... and f#ck, that feels great!!! =)
