Unapologetically #Awesome: Tomorrow, I jump out of a plane ...

The Unapologetically Awesome Spring/ Summer 2010 Tour continues tomorrow!!!! Tune in!! 9AM PST, I start the drive up to Santa Barbara where I will be going up in a plane, and then jumping out of it. Insane ... I know. (Don't worry if you miss the first broadcast, there will be the archives, and obviously youtube videos and pics ... =)

This is not a joke guys. This is very literally my last fear. I get PARALYZED with fright any time I am in open air heights. This is BIG. BIG. BIIGGGGGGGGGGGG for me. Like HUUGGEEEEE. Fortunately, I'll have my awesome with me the ENTIRE time!! I'll be wearing one of www.ItsTheSheets.com unapologetically awesome sheets as a cape to celebrate the movement, and their fanshchmastically cool sheets!!

Come on guys, we post all these "words of wisdom" and all these inspirational mantras of "go big or go home ..." "don't give up, don't be afraid, keep going." blah blah blah blah blah. However, those people are STILL doing the same shiznat they were talking about doing last year!! WHY AREN'T WE LIVING OUR DREAMS??? WHY?? What is stopping you?!?! Fear?? LET IT GO!!! What do you want to do?? Be VERY specific - my mission with this website was to unite nerds across the country, and the more present I was within each passing day - the more specific I could be about my mission.

This is my life. Absolutely everything you see is very matter of fact. This isn't just "oh what a cute idea this crazy little nerdy chick has ..." Um, no. I am PUTTING MY LIFE ON THIS BECAUSE I BELIEVE IN IT.

I BELIEVE in the power of the people.

I BELIEVE in the incredible support and love social media has given me day in and day out when everyone else I knew just sort of thought I went loco.

I've been on this journey for a year - and been on a completely solo mission for the last 6 months. I FEEL things that I've never felt before. I FEEL alive!!! Explaining that to other people is just way, way, way too cumbersome. I don't ask for people to agree with me - but just watch. Because there is not a DOUBT in my mind that this is absolutely changing the world. The emails I receive, the Facebook posts, the tweets, I just have no words. I am part of the Ford Fiesta Movement as a result from TNTML, I have a corporate sponsor for this skydive in addition to all of your donations ... I mean THIS is what we should have been taught in school. That men/ women/ nerds/ geeks - (whatever label you want to place on yourself) that YOU CAN DO ANYTHING. Anything you FEEL you can do, can ABSOLUTELY be done. If people say you're crazy, keep going you're innovative. Go ahead, blow their minds!!!!!!

Don't hold back ... but do more than post that as a Facebook status update. GO!!! LIVE LIFE!! Here's your permission slip. I'm scared out of my mind, but I know my awesome will get me through it.
