A Letter To Travel Channel ...

Dear Travel Channel (@travelchannel):

I am writing you in hopes that this letter finds its way to you.  Since my other letters have been ignored, I feel I have no other choice but to contact you in this manner.

First, I want to say that I am a huge fan of your channel.  I enjoy watching the shows, "Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations", "Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern", and "Samantha Brown's Great Weekends".

I love the exotic locations that your hosts travel to, but I believe it's time your channel provides us with a "new host" with a younger pair of eyes that can give us a fresh perspective on the countries that are visited.  We need somebody with a youthful and take-risk spirit.  I have such a person in mind ... her name is Jen Friel.

Jen Friel is a beautiful 25 year-old female who has created the "Talk Nerdy To Me Lover" revolution.  She is intelligent, energetic, adventurous, and passionate about life.  She is somebody who always follows her bliss and lives every 86,400 seconds of every day to the fullest.  She will be traveling the world in the near future for her "Unapologetically Awesome Spring/Summer 2010 Tour" to spread her message of "positivity" and "awesomeness".

I believe that Jen Friel would be the perfect host for a new travel show, "Jen Friel's Awesome Adventures: Go Big or Go Home" (working title).
