#Question: Point of Purchase App?

Okay, I have no idea if this is possible or not - but I wanted to throw this out to the universe. I had 4 people come up to me yesterday asking me where I got my knee socks. I'm wondering if there is a way to either utilize another app, or create your own where these people can actually purchase those direct knee socks right then and there. Can I like scan something? Utilize their itunes account for a purchase?? I don't know ... but do you guys get what I'm saying? 

I am very literally a walking, talking billboard. However, I do feel it is more of an impulse buy than anything. Was hoping to help out the TNTML sponsors more by having a way to capture that impulse purchase, ya know? 

Food for thought ... I really think there is something here. I just don't know enough about it just yet. Would GREATLY appreciate anything you guys can think of!! #NerdsUnite
