Reason 10001 why we need personal jet packs
This is RIDICULOUS!! There are now going to be more pain in the ass airline policies due to the dumb f*cker trying to blow up the plane en route to Detroit on Christmas. Really dude .. really? Didn't your mama teach you not to f*ck with people from Detroit?! Come on ... 
As if 8 years of us taking off our shoes, losing our nail files, and eyebrow tweezers were not enough ... new airline restrictions could affect your in flight laptop usage.
No, I'm not kidding.
Think about this though, what a great time for the iSlate to potentially be launched. The government is going to limit the use of laptops; all Apple needs to do is push back the release of the iSlate as to adjust the current specs to enable usage during the laptop black out period ... The iSlate or Apple Tablet isn't a "laptop" per say ... could be a pretty gnarly legal loop hole and create God only knows how many more sales of the device.
